Victoria Gruber

Victoria joined the OppCo team as Controller in August of 2022.  She comes to us with over a decade of non-profit experience, working in affordable housing and community service organizations.  Victoria served as Director of Finance at the Cleveland Metropolitan Housing Authority and as a Senior Accountant at Bridgeport Housing Authority. Prior to that she worked as Controller for the Waterbury Development Corporation and as Director of Finance at Aspire Living and Learning, an organization serving the needs of a neurodiverse population.  Victoria holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.  When she’s not working Victoria can be found enjoying time with her family, a good book and teaching her pets how not to interrupt conference calls.
