Resident services

We view our homes as a platform that enable families to succeed at school, work, home, and in the community.

Our Resident Services team is at the center of a system of supportive care delivery, working with our members’ staff and local community organizations to ensure housing stability, resident engagement, and general health and well-being for the 1,344 families living in OppCo-supported affordable homes.

We are also working to help our 2,735 residents fulfill their goals as a family. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, we have taken steps to understand new needs among our tenants, and are now introducing a homework tutoring program for our elementary and middle school students.

The communities we serve include a significant number of seniors, both in age-restricted buildings and within our general populations. Seniors have special needs, and we address them by making senior services more accessible in innovative ways, such as the PACE center that TND will soon open at St. Therese, their new development in Everett. During the COVID-19 pandemic, OppCo prioritized serving our senior residents with meal and grocery deliveries, and bringing vaccine clinics into properties. Thousands of wellness calls were made to check in to ensure that our residents received resources and services during a challenging time.
