Why this Fellowship?

Local leaders in the Massachusetts community development space have created a paid fellowship to build and advance a more diversity in affordable housing real estate development, providing a career path for young people who are from the communities CDCs serve and want to make a difference. Graduates will be ready for successful careers in the field that could earn six figures within five to ten years.

  • Applicants from historically underrepresented backgrounds in real estate development

  • Demonstrated interest in real estate development, community development, or housing

  • Desire to work within communities of color, and low-income or under-invested communities

Why affordable housing development?
